HOT WATER CORNBREAD

This smell is everything I’d hoped it would be. It’s warm and comforting and sweet. The scent is not “fake” or overpowering; it smells like you’ve been baking. I can so easily picture a fresh-from-the-oven skillet of cornbread, topped with melting butter and a drizzle of real maple syrup. Although this was a holiday scent, I think it works for any time of year. The candle burns brightly and cleanly. I love both cornbread and maple syrup so I had high expectations and this candle lived up to them. I look forward to trying some of the other scents and highly recommend this candle!!

My girlfriend sent this to me as a gift after she discovered this company. I’m generally not a huge fan of scented candles but this is incredible. It’s warm and subtle and clean. It fills the room quickly without dominating. Just like, “something smells really nice...”

I’ve ordered a few more candles as gifts. This burns FOR. EVER. and it burns clean. I can’t recommend it enough. The fact that it’s a Black woman owned business is just sweet buttercream frosting on a chocolate cake. Thank you for making beautiful products! Customer for life!
