• Payment 100% due at the start of every order. Invoice sent via Shopify or PayPal. No checks accepted.
• Production Processing times vary by vessel type and season. Production may take up to 3 weeks — you will be notified if that applies to your order.
• Shipping Shipping and drop-off fees are the retailer's responsibility. Additional fees for special or rush orders may apply.
• Returns All sales are final. Credit issued for items damaged in transit.
• Agreement Submitting an application confirms agreement to all terms and conditions listed here and on the PB website.
