HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Sign in to your Predominantly Black account using the email address associated with your subscription, then select Manage Subscription. Make changes before your next scheduled charge so they apply to your upcoming order.
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
All subscription orders ship on the 15th of the month. Orders placed after the 15th will ship on the 15th of the following month—including your first order. Payment processing does not trigger immediate shipment. The 15th is your shipping date; delivery timing depends on your shipping method.
HOW TO USE+
01ADD WAX MELT CYLINDERS
Add the desired amount of wax melt cylinders to the dish of an approved electric or tealight wax warmer.
02WARM + LET IT OPEN
Let the wax melt completely and allow the fragrance to move through the room.
03ADJUST THE THROW
Add another piece for more scent or use fewer pieces for a softer room.
04RESET WHEN IT FADES
When the fragrance is gone, let the wax cool, remove it, and start fresh.
WAX MELT CARE + SAFETY+
01USE AN APPROVED WARMER
Follow the warmer manufacturer's instructions and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
02DO NOT ADD WATER
Use wax only. Never add water or heat the tin directly.
03KEEP IT CLEAR
Keep away from children and pets. Never leave a warmer unattended.
04COOL BEFORE HANDLING
Let wax cool before handling and do not pour wax down drains. Not for skin use or consumption.
SHIPPING + RETURNS+
Subscription orders ship on the 15th of the month. Orders placed after the 15th begin shipping on the 15th of the following month. Payment processing does not trigger immediate shipment.
Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned when the request is initiated within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Used wax melts are not eligible. See returns + exchanges.
