HAUS NOTES MOBILE PERFUME BAR IN LOS ANGELES

A SIGNATURE TRIO starts at $2,800 for up to 75 guests with 10 ml bottles. A SCENT BAR starts at $5,200 for up to 100 guests with 30 ml bottles and guided layering. THE HAUS TAKEOVER is quoted individually. These are package minimums; extras and applicable taxes are shown in your proposal.

A SIGNATURE TRIO is a guided fragrance-discovery experience. Guests explore six curated HAUS fragrances, choose the fragrance they connect with most, and leave with a 10 ml keepsake. A SCENT BAR takes the experience further: guests explore the fragrance menu and use six enhancement notes to personalize their fragrance with guidance from our team. Each guest leaves with a 30 ml bottle and receives additional time for scent exploration and customization.

Allow 5.5 hours for the Trio: 90 minutes setup, up to 3 hours serving guests and 1 hour breakdown. Allow 6.5 hours for A SCENT BAR, including up to 4 hours serving guests. These are total venue-access windows, not continuous guest-service hours.

A SIGNATURE TRIO includes service for up to 75 guests. A SCENT BAR includes service for up to 100 guests. We plan staffing, station count and guest flow around your confirmed attendance and available service window. For higher guest counts, conferences, trade events and large brand activations, we recommend THE HAUS TAKEOVER so the experience can be designed around realistic throughput.

A stable 6-foot banquet table and at least a 6 × 6-foot footprint with clear guest access are required unless table service is included in your proposal. For approximately 75+ guests, A SCENT BAR, or higher-throughput activations, an 8 × 8-foot footprint is strongly recommended. Larger activations may require multiple stations or additional space depending on guest count and service window.

For weddings, we recommend 4–6 months whenever possible. For corporate events, showers, private celebrations and smaller activations, 4–8 weeks is recommended. Larger activations, custom fragrances, significant branding or high guest counts may require additional lead time. Short-notice inquiries are welcome when production capacity allows.

Submit the inquiry form directly through our website. We reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit secure the date. Your remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

Confirm your final guest count 10 days before the event. Later increases depend on product and staffing availability and require an updated quote. Package minimums still apply to smaller groups. Rescheduling is subject to availability and your signed agreement.
