A fully styled fragrance station designed to feel intentional in the room - not like a vendor table. HAUS NOTES arrives with fragrance service, display pieces, scent-testing materials, bottles, labeling, and the finishing details needed to create the experience.

Bottle size and customization. The Signature Trio gives guests a 10 ml keepsake and a choice between three curated fragrances. The Scent Bar includes a full 30 ml fragrance for each participating guest and adds custom base and modifier blending, so each fragrance is fully personalized.
Most weddings lock in 4-6 months ahead. Smaller gatherings can work with 4-8 weeks' notice. If a date's still open, we'll consider tighter timelines too.
Signature Trio service is designed for efficient guest flow, while the full Scent Bar allows several minutes for guided fragrance exploration and blending. We recommend service structure, staffing, and booking length based on your guest count and event format.
The Signature Trio works especially well for larger, higher-volume events. The guided Scent Bar is more immersive and best suited to events where guests can spend a few minutes with us. We'll provide exact service recommendations based on your guest count when we quote you.
We ask for a 6x6 ft minimum footprint, and recommend 8x8 ft for 75+ guests. We've set up in hotel suites, backyards, lofts, and conference rooms - we'll confirm your space works when we quote you.
HAUS NOTES is based in Los Angeles and available for events throughout Southern California. Travel outside the immediate service area may require an additional travel fee. Destination events are considered upon request.
Final guest counts are confirmed prior to the event. Increases can typically be accommodated based on product and service availability, so let us know as early as possible.
We understand plans change. Date transfers are considered based on availability and the terms of your booking agreement.
Expect a custom quote and next steps within 1-2 business days. Once you're ready to move forward, a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date, with the rest settled 10 days out from the event.
Yes - we can curate fragrance selections and naming to match your event or brand, and co-branded labels are available for corporate activations.
