Built Around Your Guest Flow
BOOKING + VENUE REQUIREMENTS
- A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit reserve your date.
- Final balance, guest count and label approval are due 10 days before the event.
- Reserve 5.5 hours of venue access for the Trio or 6.5 hours for A SCENT BAR. Setup and breakdown are separate from guest service.
- Additional guests or time require written confirmation and an updated quote.
- For weddings, inquire 4–6 months ahead; for smaller events, allow 4–8 weeks. Shorter notice is subject to availability.
- Provide a stable 6-foot banquet table. Table + linen service is available from $75, subject to availability.
- Allow at least 6 × 6 feet for the station, plus clear guest access. We recommend 8 × 8 feet for 75+ guests and A SCENT BAR.
- Share load-in instructions, parking, stairs or elevator access, and your venue contact before the event.
- Outdoor setups require a covered, level location protected from heat, wind and rain, with an indoor backup.
- Los Angeles based; Southern California and destination requests are quoted with applicable travel and venue costs.

A SIGNATURE TRIO starts at $3,500 for up to 75 guests with 10 ml bottles. A SCENT BAR starts at $6,000 for up to 100 guests with 30 ml bottles and guided layering. THE HAUS TAKEOVER is quoted individually. These are package minimums; extras and applicable taxes are shown in your proposal.
Trio guests choose one of three curated fragrances. Scent Bar guests personalize a house base using up to three enhancement notes, with guidance from our team. A SCENT BAR also includes a larger bottle and an additional hour of guest service.
Allow 5.5 hours for the Trio: 90 minutes setup, up to 3 hours serving guests and 1 hour breakdown. Allow 6.5 hours for A SCENT BAR, including up to 4 hours serving guests. These are total venue-access windows, not continuous guest-service hours.
The starting Trio package covers up to 75 guests; A SCENT BAR covers up to 100. We plan staffing, station count and guest flow around the agreed capacity. For larger events, request an expanded package or HAUS Takeover proposal.
A stable 6-foot table and at least 6 × 6 feet of clear station space, plus guest access. An 8 × 8-foot space is recommended for 75+ guests and A SCENT BAR. Table + linen service starts at $75. We confirm access and outdoor arrangements before booking.
Allow 4–6 months for weddings and 4–8 weeks for smaller gatherings. Shorter-notice requests depend on availability and preparation requirements.
