PB SCENT GUIDE
FIND YOUR WAY INTO THE HAUS.
You do not need to know fragrance language to know what you like. Start with how you want the room, the body, or the moment to feel — then follow the notes from there.
PB scents move across fresh, clean, herbal, citrus, floral, woody, smoky, gourmand, green, deep, and warm fragrance families. Many sit in more than one family because good fragrance usually does.
START WITH A FAMILY
FRESH
Airy, bright, easy to live with. Think sea salt, citrus, clean florals, and the feeling of opening a window.
CLEAN
Crisp without smelling sterile. Herbs, soft woods, sea air, light florals, and smooth musks often live here.
HERBAL
Sage, lavender, leafy notes, and green aromatics. Grounded, calm, and especially good when the room needs less noise.
CITRUS
Mandarin, lemon, orange, bergamot, and other bright notes that lift a fragrance before deeper notes settle in.
FLORAL
Jasmine, rose, lily, violet, lavender, and softer petaled notes. PB florals tend to be layered with woods, air, spice, or fruit.
WOODY
Sandalwood, oud, cedar, suede, and earthy woods. Warm, grounding, and often the backbone beneath brighter notes.
SMOKY
Incense, tobacco, charred woods, roasted notes, and darker warmth. Built for atmosphere rather than background scent.
GOURMAND
Vanilla, chocolate, baked notes, fruit, cream, coffee, and other edible-feeling notes — sweet, but not automatically sugary.
GREEN
Leafy, botanical, wet-stem, garden, and freshly cut notes. Usually fresher and more natural-smelling than traditionally floral.
DEEP
Oud, amber, musk, suede, dark fruit, incense, chocolate, and dense woods. More presence, more texture, more staying power.
WARM
Amber, soft spice, creamy woods, vanilla, and cozy heat. Rounded, comforting scents that make the room feel settled.
