ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

During major sales, product launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement within the carrier’s system.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Subscription products

  • Candle of the Month

  • Limited wholesale or bulk orders

  • Orders where promotional exclusions apply

Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.


DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIMES

Transit time begins once your order has shipped.

Most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please allow additional transit time for:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • U.S. territories

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide.

Shipping rates shown at checkout include estimated duties and taxes when applicable.

Predominantly Black Candle Haus is not responsible for:

  • Additional customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Government-imposed charges

Any additional fees required by your country’s customs authority or delivery carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

International transit times typically range from 7–10 business days after shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

  • Packages returned to sender

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Predominantly Black Candle Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  2. Check with neighbors or building management.

We are not liable for carrier delivery errors.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@predominantlyblack.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Claims submitted outside of 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Labor strikes

  • Customs delays

ORDER REFUSAL OR RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is refused or returned to sender:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
